Job Introduction

We currently have exciting opportunities for SAP Key Users to join our team in Thetford

• This post is working Nights
• The hours of work and shift patterns are: 18.00 - 06.00, 4on 4off
• The rate of pay is: £16.81 per hour, plus a 10% shift allowance (£18.49)

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for....

1. Monitoring SAP in production areas housekeeping in frying and prep room.
2. Full understanding production process on SAP
3. Provide trainings on SAP for new starters in company
4. Monitoring training matrix’s and updating
5. Do adjustments in SAP for stocks in production and warehouse areas
6. Working close with people on the line to complete daily tasks on SAP
7. Work with excel daily updating KPI
8. Reporting daily SAP KPI to managers
9. Going to daily meetings as SAP representor.
10. Understanding SAP traceability
11. Working daily with Auto goods receipts error handling   
12. Looking after SAP Packing admin
13. Creating new user names on SAP, communicating with IT support
14. Sending every hour ‘’Daily Shift Performance’’
15.  Stock take report to Manager  EOS 

The Ideal Candidate

Experience in a similar role with SAP with essential.

Factory based knowledge of SAP i.e. Power user trained in implementation

Site based operational knowledge of factory process min 6 months

Fault finding and resolution skills
