Job Introduction
We currently have permanent opportunities for Sealing Machine Minders to join our Portions teams in Willand, Devon.
- This post is working Days, Monday to Friday
- The hours of work and shift patterns available is: 5:30am - 2:30pm (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday), 5:30am - 1:30pm (Tuesday)
- £13.24 per hour
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for the Portions Sealing Machine Minder will include:
- Make sure the Proseal/Bizerba machines in the sealing room run correctly when packaging retail products.
- Doing the required paperwork
- Following procedures
- Checking product quality

The ideal candidate for this position:
- Attention to detail
- Highly literate and Numerate
- Flexible in approach to working and be able to prioritise tasks accordingly
- Reasonable standard of written and spoken English
- Ability to respond calmly to unplanned events
