We currently have exciting opportunities for Grill Room FLM to join the team in Flixton - Bungay

  • The hours of work and shift patterns are: 16.00 - 00.10, Monday - Friday 
  • The rate of pay is: £689.62 PER WEEK 

Main Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Producing and delivering production to the customers required quality standards
  • Processing, sorting and packing poultry products as well as basic machine operation
  • Monitoring the output to check that it is in line with company standards
    • To manage the day to day running and take responsibility for all operations, shifts  and production  of  portion  products at Flixton
    •  
      • Plan and monitor daily / weekly labour  requirements against predicted volumes, identifying shortfalls and reacting accordingly
      • Monitor the ongoing progress of the operation during the shifts, liaising with factory managers as necessary to alleviate problem areas.
      • To contribute towards the continuous improvement of production methods and practices
      • Achieve yield targets by maximising meat utilisation
      • Achieve giveaway targets
      • Ensure the management team is adequately informed or their key areas of responsibility
